SEOdraw — Terms & License

Overview

SEOdraw develops proprietary interactive marketing modules ("SEOdraw Tools") — lightweight, embeddable web experiences designed for brands and agencies. Examples include gamified prize reveals, product-match activities, and other engagement micro-apps. These tools are distributed under the licensing terms below.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All SEOdraw Tools — including code, visual assets, UX patterns, documentation, and associated analytics or configuration — are the exclusive property of SEOdraw (Marc Eden). These assets are protected by copyright, trade dress, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

License Grant

SEOdraw may grant a limited, non-transferable license to use a specific Tool under a written agreement. A license may include conditions such as permitted usage period, permitted sites or campaigns, white-label rights, exclusivity (if agreed), and any fees or revenue-share terms.

Prohibited Uses

• Copying, distributing, or publishing the SEOdraw Tools or substantial portions of their code without a license.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to recreate the underlying algorithms or analytics without written consent.
• Using any SEOdraw Tool as a basis for a commercial product or service that competes with SEOdraw unless expressly licensed.
• Sharing licensed code with third parties who are not covered by the license agreement.

Distribution & Deployment

SEOdraw Tools are typically provided as a packaged HTML/CSS/JS bundle or through a private distribution channel. Licensees must not publish the canonical source or repository publicly. SEOdraw recommends serving licensed files from the licensee's CDN or a mutually agreed private location.

Support, Updates & Optimization

Licenses may include optional support and optimization services such as A/B testing assistance, analytics integration, or minor branding customizations. Major feature development or bespoke integrations are available under a separate professional services agreement.

Fees & Payment

Usage of SEOdraw Tools is subject to fees that depend on license scope (campaign-only, site-wide, white-label, exclusivity). SEOdraw offers flexible arrangements including flat-fee licensing, subscription, or revenue-share models. Contact info@seodraw.com for pricing and options.

Claims of Ownership & Takedown

If you believe a SEOdraw Tool is being used without proper authorization, please contact info@seodraw.com with the URL and evidence. SEOdraw will investigate and may request removal, seek a licensing agreement, or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

SEOdraw provides tools "as-is" and does not warrant specific conversion rates or campaign outcomes. Performance depends on campaign creative, traffic quality, and integration. SEOdraw will, where contracted, advise on optimization to maximize results.
